In the Master’s Degree Teacher Education for Vocational Schools, the study of the chosen school subject and the professional discipline of the Bachelor’s Degree is continued.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Before registering for the Module Master Thesis for the Master’s Degree Teacher Education for Vocational Schools, you will have to have spent 52 weeks in a professional occupation.

INTERNSHIPS

For the Master’s Degree Teacher Education for Vocational Schools you will have to intern in your vocational discipline.
 This is comprised of:

  • 4 week internship in your vocational discipline

  • 2 week internship in your subject

The internship in your vocational schools takes place at vocational schools either full-time during the semester break, or part-time during the semester. The internships in your vocational discipline are organized by the participating faculties at the Leibniz University Hannover.


LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS AND STUDY ABROAD

  For the subjects English and Spanish, you will already have to proof language proficiency in certificate form upon application.  

Language Requirements for Teacher Education for Vocational Schools

There are language requirements for the following subjects, that must be proven before registration for the Module Master Thesis for the Master’s Degree: German, English, Protestant Religious Education, Catholic Religious Education.
