OBJECTIVE

Uniplus is situated at the intersection between the Leibniz University Hannover, schools, and the Lower Saxony schoolboard. As part of the Leibniz School of Education, we work in close conjunction with their research cluster teams, which ensures a seamless interlocking between research and school practice. This academic proximity furthermore allows the newest findings in fields like diversity and inclusion, language mentoring for refugees, and classroom management to directly influence our advanced teacher training programme.

PRIORITIES

Teacher's requirements and needs are most important to us in the conception of our advanced training programme, which is why we constantly evaluate our portfolio. We have set a special focus on training courses that address inclusion and MINT studies. Furthermore, we acknowledge political and societal developments within our seminars, which requires close and attentive contact with active teachers.

Tree with all our advanced teacher education priorities: Occupational Safety & Health, mentoring & talent sponsorship, career entry support, classroom management, language mentoring for refugees, inclusion & diversity, communication, teacher health, life science, bilingual education, MINT, mobbing- & violence prevention, new media, school law, physical education, intercultural & language education, trend sports, and teaching quality development.
